1. Introduction

These terms govern the use of digital loyalty cards generated by Mazaya. By registering for a merchant pass or using it, you agree to these rules.

2. Platform Role

Mazaya is the software platform provider. We do not sell retail items, process local store transactions, or set individual merchant loyalty terms.

Customers join programs by scanning store QR codes and entering basic details. You must submit accurate details.

Once registered, passes are added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, enabling real-time point tracking.

All point values, stamps, reward tiers, and cashback values are set and managed solely by the merchant.

If a merchant closes their business or cancels their subscription, their issued digital passes and loyalty points become void.

Customers must not attempt to manipulate points, forge scanning codes, or share digital passes to exploit merchant rules.

Your basic signup details are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Merchants access customer profiles for loyalty purposes.

Mazaya is not responsible for merchant inventory, reward fulfillment, service disputes, or financial transactions.

Customers can request pass deletion. Deleting the wallet pass results in immediate loss of accumulated points.

Mazaya reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued pass usage constitutes acceptance.
